Thibault’s career in hospitality started in Monaco at the Michelin-starred restaurant “Le Vistamar” in the Hotel Hermitage at the age of 15 year old.

Thibault moved to London in 2009. During a six-year spell at The Dorchester Collection including a 2-year Management postgraduate program, and working along The Wolfgang Pucks fine dining group. Thibault was involved in the international launches of seven new restaurants opening such as Spago Los Angeles, Cut at The Four Seasons Bahrain, Spago at the Marina Bay sand in Singapore, while heading the team at Cut 45 Park Lane in London.

In 2015, Thibault launched CORCO, a consultancy agency focused on Food and Beverage project management and strategy.

In 2017 we created the Initiative Group, we are now developing some of the most exciting F&B Project in Europe including the Mercato Metropolitano, redevelopment of Camden Market, Locke  hotel F&B development.
